Sam Roza

Frenemies who like to convince themselves that they are "sigma males", and whose whole personality is thinking that they're better than everyone- primarily because they are addicted to "self-help" content. Sam Rozas like to switch their personalities every day. One day they may be an absolute gentleman, the next day they'll be a complete jerk, and then for 80% of the rest of the days, their entire existence is just a shitpost meme of humanity. With the many different sides of a Sam Roza, it can be difficult to determine whether you hate or like them, hence comes their role as a "frenemy". Despite all their contradicting traits, the one consistent trait about them is that they somehow remain strangely extremely hot. If you are simultaneously lucky and unlucky enough to have a Sam Roza in your life, just know that his horse is flying towards your home at speeds of mach 10.
Person 1: "Hey man, I've noticed you've been pushing yourself so hard all the time, and your personality has been all over the place? And why do you keep recommending me podcasts, or sending memes that make no sense, such as "chicken sandwich"? Are you okay?"

Person 2: "I'm becoming a Sam Roza. Deal with it."

The grindset is a contemporary ideology of self-exploitation disguised as strength, deeply tied to the aesthetics of the “sigma male” and to new digital forms of patriarchy. It promotes the idea that human worth depends on productivity, economic success, absolute emotional control, and the ability to work endlessly, turning vulnerability, rest, community, and tenderness into signs of weakness. Beneath its rhetoric of discipline and power often lies a profound inability to relate healthily to pain, fragility, and human interdependence.
“That’s the grindset, brother. While weak men sleep and complain, sigma males stay disciplined, work in silence, suppress emotions, and build power while everyone else wastes time chasing comfort.”

An Irish phrase meaning shit, derived from ass
(Not to be confused with the literal description of one's buttocks)
"Did you hear the song Aylek$ dropped?"
"Hardly. Her music is absolute cheeks."

"My boyfriend say LaFlame is cheeks."
"Tell your boyfriend I said it's his mixtape that's cheeks."

Breadhead

Someone who is addicted to obtaining money and building wealth. A money addict and fanatic. Breadheads often work more than one full-time job, and some even participate in illicit activities to "obtain the bread".
A breadhead is like a crackhead, but for money instead of crack.
