Combination of Carlos Sainz (Formula One driver) and Ferrari (a Formula One team). Often misspelt as “Sainzrarri”.

Term often used, and reclaimed, by solo Carlos Sainz fans or fans who prefer Carlos above anyone else. It has become associated with that group.
