Steambugging

To mindlessly peruse the steam game store looking for a game to buy when you don't even have a clue what type of game you're looking for. In fact, you don't even need to buy a game as you still have about 20 in your library that you've not even started.

But steambuggin can easily take up a good 30 - 40 minutes per session. The session usually results in the well trodden dance of. Purchase>guilt>installation>playing>disappointment>lying to your friends about how good it is>refund request>refund>delete.

Now and again a delightful gem can be unearthed amidst all the rubbish though.

I was steambugging 3 weeks ago. I spent a good hour trying to find a game. I ended up buying no mans sky. It was totally shite.

But I was embarrassed and couldn't admit to my friends that it was rubbish and I'd fallen for the hype. So I requested a refund, but it was too late.

I still have no mans sky.

It's still rubbish.

I hate my friends.

I sometimes hate steambugging.
