Basically someone who looks really dumb and slutty, but who could potentially win a really nerdy competition, such as the National Titration (chemistry practical) Championships.

There were these girls. They looked slutty. We thought they were dumb, but they were totally SSTTE and they beat us at the chemistry championships, and we're totally devo now.
