Failed to report income from rental properties, lived in rent-subsidized apartments while claiming his Washington DC home as his primary residence for tax purposes, and gave 2.8 billion of our money to Diageo to make rum in the US Virgin Islands, among other things.

Somebody you know who talks about how great they are and everything they do. Yet in reality, they don't do anything. They just tell themselves and everyone else they're amazing.

West Midlands slang word for rockers, bikers, greasers etc. In the late 1980s it was used by the UK music press to refer to a specific scene centered around the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Crazyhead.
