Formerly one of the greatest RuneScape cheating communities, led by "Cheater" and "Sythe" (real names unknown). It was closed around the end of April 2005 and Sythe created new forums on his own website about 3 days later. RuneCMS is still archived and former posts can be viewed but new posts cant be made.
