roman moroni

Roman Moroni is a fictional villian from the 1984 movie Johnny Dangerously, starring Michael Keaton. Some could say "Roman Moroni" is a "father of urban slang" personified through a Hollywood movie. As an immigrant newly transplanted onto the streets of America, Roman Moroni desparately attempted to assimilate into the culture by using swear words he barely knew. More often than not, he would botch them up, with hilarious results.

To say someone is a "roman moroni" is to say that he or she tends to use slang words or phrases without really knowing the meaning, or even caring to know the meaning.

Commentary: We all know "roman moroni's" and we may be quick to point out their, well, moronic behavior. Truth is, urban slang is created by "roman moroni" type people who are either so cutting edge or so brainless that they have the ability to make standard vocabulary conform to themselves and not the other way around. And the true genious "roman moroni" types are setting trends that impact modern vocabulary for all eternity.
Roman Moroni quotes from Johnny Dangerously:
"You lousy corksuckers. You have violated my farging rights. Dis somanumbatching country was founded so that the liberties of common patriotic citizens like me could not be taken away by a bunch of fargin iceholes...like yourselves."
"You fargin sneaky bastage!"

Famous "roman maroni's":
George W. Bush - "They misunderestimated me."
Jeff Spicoli - "We left this England place 'cause it was bogus."

Breadhead

Someone who is addicted to obtaining money and building wealth. A money addict and fanatic. Breadheads often work more than one full-time job, and some even participate in illicit activities to "obtain the bread".
A breadhead is like a crackhead, but for money instead of crack.

Stink lines

As seen in illustrations or cartoons: Wavy, vertical lines rising above a person, place or thing. Denotes a foul odor.
"You didn't put enough stink lines on your picture of the teacher."

schmegegge

Yiddish slang word meaning bullshit, baloney, hogwash, nonsense, crock of shit or hot air.
I don't buy the schmegegge about Morty sleeping with Moira.
His version of the story was pure schmegegge.
The whole schmegegge was made up to get Liz a little bit of attention.

eye bleach

Looking or experiencing something nice after witnessing something horrid like a disgusting gif or a disturbing video. Typically used as eye bleach are nice images of whatever makes the disturbed person happy.
"Bleach my eyes! Why is that woman's face ripped off!?"
*Looks up images of puppies and kittens.*
"That's good eye bleach."

Noun. Portmanteau of "street" and "road": it describes a street, er, road, built for high speed, but with multiple access points. Excessive width is a common feature. A common feature in suburbia, especially along commercial strips. Unsafe at any speed, their extreme width and straightness paradoxically induces speeding. Somewhat more neutral than synonymous traffic sewer.
Did you see what the traffic engineers want to do to our street? They're going to turn it into a total stroad!
