basically just racism but instead of making fun of someone's race you make fun of someone's role color, to be more specific. on the platform discord

A person who discriminates against or shows bias towards certain roles on Discord, treating users unfairly based on their assigned roles rather than their actions or character.

The server admin was accused of being a rolecist after giving unfair perks to VIP members while ignoring regular users.
