Robert Planted 

The act of pressing a semi hard penis against another person while wearing jeans. Named after the legendary rock god Robert Plant who was the front man for the band Led Zeppelin. He was know for wearing tight jeans that frequently showed his semi erect penis bulging down the left leg.
