A word to describe someone that plays LoL and is overweight. A riverrunner can be identified by their traits. Such as
-Eating a disproportionate of unhealthy food
-Plays the garbage game LoL(League Of Legends)
-Is admin on a discord server
-and has an anime pfp

Some rando gray name: "hey whos that?"
Some rando discord mod: "oh he's a riverrunner"
