Reprotaganist

Reprotagonist (noun): A main character who lacks traditional moral values, often acting in self-interest or ethically questionable ways while still serving as the central figure of a story; similar to an antihero.

In the FX show "The Shield" Vic Mackey is a reprotaganist from the very start.
