In the gaming industry, when you submit code that breaks the build, then go home, thus preventing all other programmers from working. Comes from the famous Hit & Runner "Rej".

V Reg (pronounced: V Rej)

Referring to a car number plate, the V stands for virgin. If someone is a V Reg it means that it's quite obvious that they are a virgin as it is "written all over them" like a number plate.
