Someone who is only interested in someone while they're on the rebound .

Mary: "I broke up with Tyler last week"

Sarah: "I know I saw it on your facebook"

Mary: "well five random guys I met at a party just started messaging me asking me to hangout"

Sarah: "wow, total rebound chaser"

Rebound chaser 

A person who seeks to initiate a romantic or sexual relationship with someone who has recently ended a relationship, typically preying on their emotional vulnerability. Often, this individual waits for an opportunity when the other person is emotionally raw or not fully healed from their breakup, in hopes of taking advantage of their fragile state to start something new.

"Jason is a total rebound chaser. He always swoops in after someone breaks up, trying to get with them while they're still heartbroken."
