Ra - Tipi - A or Georgian (რატიპია) for "What a type he/she is!" or better said "How cute is he/she!".

The word Ratipia is used as an alternative to "Stray dogs" on the streets of Georgia (the country - Sakartvelo).

If you wanna start calling all the stray dogs in your country Ratipa also, go ahead, spread the word!
