A term to describe a person who is ignorantly oblivious to how trashy they are (see ratchet). However, this person is slightly more classy than ratchet, hence the French pronunciation, rah-shay.

"Oh man look at that classy girl in the Prada dress holding her shoes stumbling on her walk of shame. That's so Ratchét."

-Thinks its funny to: start stuff, cause drama, be disrespectful, say nasty things about other ppl (often caught laughing with other ghetto douchebags)
-ghetto fabulous (changes their hair and its color very often, super bright colors to draw attention)

-long nails, long eyelashes
-sticks their tongue out, duckface
-angry grunts and noises
-twerks a lot
-trashy
-messy
-no morals
-lots of slang, or replaces letters, like c with k: cool with 'koo'
-steals
-fake and selfish
-manipulators
-ghetto mentality
-might be dumb asf, but usually street smart
-posts alot of dumb mood posts on social media
