The correct term given to a Youtuber who cannot control their impulse to talk utter shite whilst streaming live. Subject has no limit and is guaranteed to bore the pants off of everybody unfortunate enough to catch the live stream.

OMG this dude has waffleitis so bad, i want to block my ears with slugs.
