When something is so extremely cute, so absolutely adorable that you just can't stand it, you have reached your Cuteness Quota, and can't take any more.

While looking at a video of baby animals frolicking with human babies, I became so overcome by my Cuteness Quota, that I just passed out.

quotation mark effect 

when you put quotes around a certain word or phrase to imply something without saying it directly.

In the mafia for example they would say something like,

"The dishes are done and the kids are in bed" to imply to a hierarchy or an associate in a public place that the order was successfully carried out, such as the transporting of drugs, blowing something up or murdering someone.

Or: I'll bring the party "supplies" by your house around 10. (supplies being alcohol w/o being directly stated)

john: Why did you put quotes around supplies when you were talking about the party tonight?

jack: i was implying something else so others wouldn't know what i was really referring to. it's called the quotation mark effect.

quoafing 

The present participle of quoaf, which is itself an alternate spelling of quofe.

noun: Penile flatulence (air or gas escaping from the penis through the urethra), a.k.a. a dick fart.

verb: To emit penile flatulence.

ETYMOLOGY: "Quofe" is the male form of queef.

NOTE: Quofes are a rare phenomenon compared to queefs because it is much harder for air to become stuck in a man's urethra than in a woman's comparatively larger vagina. Quofes occur most frequently after a catheter has been inserted into the penis and removed, leaving air trapped in the bladder or urethra.

After Reginald's catheter was removed, he tried to take a piss, but ended up quoafing and splattering urine everywhere.

Nigga Quota 

A nigga quota is a required number of black people in an area of entertainment or an activity/field. While this is most common in movies and games it tends to happen occasionally at occupations and schools. It was started by the NAACP in the early 80's.

1. Barret Wallace in the video game Final Fantasy 7, was thrown in to meet the Nigga Quota.

2. Due to the fact there were no black people in the movie The Breakfast Club, it violated the Nigga Quota.

3. Businesses need to fulfill the Nigga Quote or else it may result in termination of the company.
