1. Used to describe especially windy conditions. Compares high wind speeds to the perceived, or stereotypical, talkativeness of a male homosexual. Times two. Offensive to some homosexuals without a sense of humor.

Jay: How is the weather there?"
Bob: "The sun is shining, but it's windy as a two-headed queer."
