The effect on the affected person feels like they're having a train run on them by a particularly well-endowed and highly aggressive family of silverback gorillas. This is often the root cause of if the intense rage a taxpayer feels when they see the government was giving hundreds of millions of dollars to fund projects like transgender opera in Peru.
