When one takes laxatives, and then waits for a shart to build up. They will then go to the toilet, rip up a one dollar bill, and shove it up their ass. While holding the shart and the money in their ass, the person will start to goon and right as they finish, they will let out the shart, blowing a load in one direction, and money the other.
