It stands for Pussy Inflation, and it refers to an epidemic going on in America right now where each year it feels like a man has to lower his standard, because the woman of the attractiveness level he used to be able to hook up with or now only interested in more attractive men (taller, richer, more buff, etc)
This is happening because apps like tinder have made it easier for chads (super attractive guys) to cheat on their gfs and have side chicks.
