Purplebone

Slang term used to refer to black people, typically women, of the darkest variety of skin tones, a reference to the violet shades apparent in their blacker skin.

The term evokes the higher nature and class of the individual, especially females, similar to the purple clothes worn by royalty in ancient days. Described by anthropologists as the most pleasing breed of African to the human eye, and biologists as both the most naturally capable athletes and intellectuals.
