Purger

Pronounced as 'Purr-jer'. Essentially the word 'Pester', but with a hint or perjury. Repeated making requests until they are fulfilled. It's like purging the chance of your request going unfulfilled. Unrelated to the Purge movies. But could make a dope movie title: The Purge: Purger the Devil.
