When a person who was not listening previously to a conversation interrupts by asking what they were talking about, when they were not part of the conversation whatsoever

Charlie: "... that's why that happened"
Romeo: "That's fucked up"
Finlay: "What are you guys talking about?"
Coulter: "He's pulling a Finlay again"
