- a constantly propagated stream of entertainment and/or infotainment.

The systematic propagation of a doctrine or cause or of information reflecting the views and interests of those advocating such a doctrine or cause, which also amuses, pleases, or diverts, the viewer's attention. Especially a performance or show.

An activity that is diverting and that holds the attention, while simultaneously delivering material disseminated by the advocates or opponents of a doctrine or cause.
Propagatainment equates with 'outlets of popular culture', such as social media, television programs, and popular periodicals.
