* Anxiety or distress related to pronouns: They might experience significant anxiety if pronouns are not used "correctly" around them, or become highly distressed by any perceived misgendering.
* Delusional beliefs: In a more severe manifestation, there could be delusions related to pronouns, such as believing that pronouns hold special powers or that certain pronouns are being used against them.
