Preglomania

A psychological disorder that develops during pregnancy. It is characterised by bouts of extreme narcissism, arrogance, and unfounded self-entitlement.
1. "It's a classic case of preglomania... Now that she finally has tits she thinks she can do whatever she wants."

2. "Now that I'm pregnant I can blame my bitchy attitude on preglomania."

Preggomancer

1. One that uses the dark art of Preggomancy, in order to become extremely pregnant. Enough so that the pregnancy finds itself resting heavily upon divine anger.

The Preggomancer is the heir to plague of the Nile and the hardening of the heart, and embracing this, attempt to cheapen it until one day it becomes nothing more than #3.

2. Someone who likes Preggo on their macaroni.

It is not possible to retain both qualities at once.
The word Preggist falls improperly upon the language. The correct word is Preggomancer.

See Nadiya Suleman, or that mormom chick with like 20 kids,?! Now thats Preggomancy at its finest!

A Booger In The Nose Of Progress

Anything that impedes or otherwise interferes with a process going forward.
"Militarily, that inquest was a booger in the nose of progress."

or

"As far as human rights are concerned, this political infighting is a booger in the nose of progress."

Fogey/fogy /fougi/ sl. (early 18C+, orig. Scot) old-fashioned, stuck-in-the mud.
Person with old fashioned ideas which he is unwilling to change: Come to the disco and stop being such an old fogey!
You think me an old fogeyand an old tory, his thoughtful voice said. I saw three generations since O’Connel’s time. I remember the famine. Do you know that the orange lodges agitated for repeal of the union twenty years before O’Connel did or before the prelates of your communion denounced him as a demagogue? You fenians forget some things. (James Joyce, Ulysses. Penguin Books,1992. p. 38)
