Piss cloud 

Referring to a cloud of urine that has evaporated into the air. Usually occurs in large cities like New York and San Francisco.

I was on my way to work this morning and as I got off the train I walked through a Piss cloud.

Piss Cloud 

When you urinate in a swimming pool it creates a a yellow cloud like effect in the water called a piss Cloud

Brian: dude I went swimming the other day and some dirty bastard was forming piss Clouds in the pool! I had to leave which has ruined my swimming routine!!
