Petitiomania

(n.) an impulse control disorder resulting in a recurrent urge to request further items after completing an order at a place of service (particularly ones that could have been requested during the order); typically without regard to the employees who are trying to efficiently serve other customers and/or complete tasks of their job role (based on "petitio", meaning "request" in Latin)
"I think that customer has a serious case of petitiomania. They asked for 3 separate things and had me walking back and forward for each one when they could have asked for it all at once."
