Permissues 

Permissues is an amalgam of two words. Permissions and Issues. Permissues is used to describe problems or issues that arise with electronic security and more specifically Microsoft Windows Network permissions.

Bob from accounting is having permissues with accessing the reports on the other server.

means overally tolerant and permisisssive of many thing, such as immigrants etc. Word permississy is used to offend others. Word comes from finnish word suvakki.
