n. An individual of either gender that suffers from an extreme sexual attraction to infantile newborn chickens or "peeps".

pedoperp

The politically correct title for one not yet proven innocent of perpetrating sexual offenses against children. In contrast to a pedophile - one merely proven guilty of committing said offenses. As pedophiles are already locked up, they are generally considered less dangerous than pedoperps.

Cop: "Headquarters, we've caught the pedoperp!"
HQ: "Excellent work! We'll get a conviction on this sicko if its the last thing we do. Go find some evidence."
