Is a Colombian slang that means "hit". Pastorejazo is use in case like to give one or receive it from somebody or something.

Mom: Daniel if you don't stop this trifles I will give you a pastorejazo.

when I wake up, as usually I stretched so suddenly I get a pastorezo with the cabin bunk
