Party Rig 

A term used by someone who has grand delusions that he is the life of party. Realistically, it is quite the opposite.

Person who is a Party Rig: "I am such a party rig. I go out all the time and everyone thinks I'm so awesome".

Party Host Rights 

The rights a party host gets, including not being called a party pooper when they do something to calm it down. They have this right since they were the ones who started it in the first place.

You can’t say that because of my party host rights.
He was violating his party host rights by calling him a party pooper.

that part right there 

"that part right there" is California talk for when we agree with something someone said.

It doesn't always make sense to what someone said, unless one looks at it as "agreeing."

Also can be shortened to use as "that part"

You: "This beat has so much swag!"
Me: "That part right there."

You: "I'll never go back there again."
Me: "That part."
