Pangey
Pangey (noun): The distinctive, lingering sensation that ignites the back of the throat when encountering bold, complex flavors—often described as a sharp yet satisfying mix of warmth, tang, and depth. Found in a sip of fine whiskey, a bite of fermented kimchi, or any experience that delivers an unexpected but welcome intensity.
Adam: Man, this kimchi from Kum Kang Mountain is insane. It’s got that perfect crunch, that deep fermented tang… and then, bam! That little kick at the back of your throat.

French slang, which translated, means "bull's fashion" but basically equates to "hyper trendy" or overly trendy. Used when a person wishes to express distaste at the latest fashion trend/fad, because it seems that everyone has a certain item of clothing or is wearing it. This term is most frequently heard in Paris but is slowly spreading to other parts of France.
