When the police come across the body of a deceased drug addict that still has the needle stuck in the crook of their arm, they are pronounced PSH (in reference to Phillip Seymour Hoffman, who was also found deceased with a heroin needle still in his arm)

Dan: Hey Scott, you hear that Mike died yesterday?
Scott: Was it drugs?
Dan: Yeah, the cops pronounced him PSH
Scott: Should've asked for help when he needed it
