Noun; aka P.chow or PC: as the famous Triple Threat song goes PC is a prostitute from the small town of Simi Valley. She sells her soul to every man she takes affection to. Utility beer is the beer you keep around for the day-to-day moments when beer is a necessity to assist in pedestrian activities (golf, plumbing, yardwork, babysitting, staff meetings, Zoom calls).
