couldn't organise a killing in a slaughterhouse

Rather similar to the phrase 'Couldn't organise a piss-up in a brewery' though used in even less amusing and more wearisome circumstances. Generally used to describe management or any cack-handed effort at leadership when the job ought to be easy for a small subnormal child to do, particularly in an actual slaughterhouse, where everything breaks down constantly. Or livestock never turns up and everyone waits relentlessly.
Not a funny phrase, just sad.

The job is fucked (has gone to shit) as usual. Whist observing a manager running arround like a blue arsed fly, utterly devoid of any intellegent suggestion or decision and with an impending audit looming:
Employee 1:"bloody hopeless this lot"
Employee 2: "aye man, couldn't organise a killing in a slaughterhouse"
both laugh mirthlessly and each simultaniously though secretly wonder what their lives are about.

organized stalking

A system of organized psychological terror tactics used against a person who has become an enemy of an individual or a government. Subtle but effective techniques of stalking by multiple individuals and psychological intimidation and manipulation are used to slowly but surely drive the target to make complaints to authorities who will see the complaints as bogus because of the methods used against the target. As a result, the target gets labelled as mentally ill.

There are as many stalking tactics as there are targets as the multistalkers will tailor the stalking to the individuals habits and individual personality. Some common examples or organized stalking are: following the target on foot, by car and public transportation, crowding the target's space in a public place, murmuring insults under the breath so only the target can hear, sitting in the car outside the target's residence, starting "fights" in public with the target, doing "skits" on the street which involves information only the target should know but has been found out via surveillance of the target, stealing and vandalism of the target's possesions.

fake-organized

when your room looks neat and clean, but in reality under your couch/bed, and in your closet (or other hiding nooks) is an absolute atrocity. usually occurs with people who were once organized but no longer have the time anymore.

"your room doesn't even look any different after 8 hours?"
"hah nope because usually my room is fake-organized but there is a ton of crap under my couch and in my closet..but no its 'real'-organized"
