Norview 

A large peace of real estate in between downtown Norfolk and Ocean View compromised of a bunch of neighborhoods that beef with each other but will come together to put the hand of God on outsiders that violate. Youngsters call it Warview but the OGs don’t say that mess. This section has a history of beating the dog doo doo out of so called tough guys like the ebony playboys and outsiders who used to try to move weight here. The natives greet each other by saying U!!!! A phrase originate in OAKMONT on Jernigan avenue, one of the many neighborhoods that make up Norview. The native cuisine includes Browns chicken wings and potatoe logs( not wedges)
