nipponisation

Nipponisation was an act by which countries part of the Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere were forced to adopt the Japanese culture in every way possible whether it'd be through singing the Japanese national anthem everyday at dawn, adopting the Japanese calendar, speaking and reading only Japanese, or bowing down everytime a Japanese officer passed by.
Nipponisation was a policy carried out and enforced by the Japanese in countries occupied by the Empire of Japan during WW II
