Portmanteau of nincompoop and pimp. Named for James O'Keefe, the fake ACORN pimp (and world class nincompoop) who attempted to seduce a female CNN correspondent by luring her to a boat stocked with condoms, dildos, lube, porno magazines, Alicia Keys music, and hidden video cameras.
