Night Owl

People who are assumed to be lazy and/or procrastinators. However, they are the masterminds of Earth.

My Supporting Reasons:
~ Peace and quiet to focus (everyone else is asleep).
~ For all my fellow antisocial homies, no human interactions for hours! WOO HOO!
~ No distractions (i.e. media notifications, sunshine, good weather, people, sounds, etc)
~ More time to enjoy the daytime. Doing hobbies, talking to people, and just acting like a normal human beings in general!
~ Not having someone constantly peeking over your shoulder (that is, if you live with people).

In conclusion, Night owls are frickin' geniuses and deserve more credit than they are given. FYI, I'm writing this definition @3:54 A.M.

Person A: You look tired.
Person B: I am.
Person A: What time did you sleep last night?

Person B: I didn't.
Person A: Damn... you're officially a night owl.
Person B: THANK YOU! WHAT AN HONOUR! :D

A girl you sleep with that you don't want your friends to know about. Typically some easy girl you meet at a bar or party that is willing to sleep with you A.S.A.P.

Night owl on steroids

A night owl on steroids is when you stay awake until midnight or later and even until 3am, 4am, or even 5am without feeling sleepy or tired. It's when you're sleeping until 11am, 12pm, or 1pm. You sleep 8 hours and feel refreshed when you wake up around noon or later. You get energized from 5am and even more later. It's delayed sleep phase disorder. The treatment is Modafinil early in the morning to wake up since you can't turn the rest of society into night owls on steroids or even night owls. Treatment also includes taking 25mg to 50mg Amitriptyline at 10pm So that by the time 11pm comes, you fall asleep.

Tony: I have delayed sleep phase disorder. So by taking Modafinil early in the morning, I can wake up early in the morning and stay awake. Then I fall asleep earlier too. I used to be a night owl on steroids. Now I'm an early bird as long as I take Modafinil early.

The feeling you get when you stay up until all hours of the night, whether for work or play, then other people rub it in your face that they got up earlier than you.

"Yeah, I slept until 2pm, I was so tired from being up so late."
"I got up at 5am to go for a run before work"
"Shut up, you're giving me night owl guilt."
