When a female has chest hair and/or excessive nipple hair, similar to that found on a man.

guy 1: i was making out with this chick last night and she had more chest hair than me

guy 2: eww there's nothing worse than niskers

eg. While tweaking her nipple my fingers got caught in her niskers.
