Neverpants

People, most commonly men, who wear shorts year round, despite cold weather that befits pants. The shorts they don are likely to be ill-fitting, knee-length or longer, denim "jorts" or cargo style khaki. They almost exclusively live in non-tropical environments, and most often in a dark basement.

I almost swiped right, until I noticed he was wearing long jean shorts in all of his pictures, and I could never date a neverpants!

Another name for the female genitalia. Neverland was a fantasy and most men think of this area as one, hence the word neverparts. Used as the name of a place.
