Nemphias; a meaning that describes a low life individual who will not achieve anything in his life. Like a Sandbag continuously getting punched with no purpose in life what so ever.

Nerphias 

A person of great help for others that doesn't perform well at the cost of sacrificing oneself.

In game terms, you would refer to them as 'carry'.

Wow, that guy is such a Nerphias, he singlehandedly finished the group work for the rest of the group in his own free time.

That Nerphias carried the entire team in yesterday game. He is sure be feeling the repercussion now.
