Neck Fro 

The puffy curly hair, usually very untidy, on the back of a hairy dude's neck. Commonly associated with overweight to obese men. Typically used as an all-purpose pillow or 100% effective contraception.

Becky: So what did you think of Ricky?
Katelyn: He's a nice guy, but he has a huge neck fro!
Becky: Ewww, good thing he doesn't have your number.

Suggesting this is a way of saying someone is talking or acting crazy. Used to express disbelief, skepticism, or simple mocking. Indicates a level of ridicule serious enough to move the subject away from what the other person has said, and onto the state of mind of the speaker.

"If you think you can get away with driving 50 more miles with the 'Empty' light on, you need a checkup from the neck up."

another way of saying butterface, referring to someone who is 8/9ths perfect, but the uppermost 1/9th is a killer. one can say "nnd" for short.

you see her standing on line, waiting to check out. expensive high-heel FMs, tan hose, long slender legs, perfect heart-shaped butt, gently curving hips, slim waist, large firm breasts, elegant neck. the ideal woman.........and then she turns toward you........and has a face like the dark side of the moon. oh well, they all look the same with the lights out. this is the essence of nice from the neck down.
