An unsightly and malodorous quantum of fecal matter that gets crammed under your fingernail after the toilet paper breaks while wiping your ass. See also Breakthrough and Browndigit.

I didn’t realize I had a nasty case of nailscoop until I gagged when I lifted my burger to my mouth and my finger was directly beneath my nostrils. Should’ve washed my hands after wiping.
