To do amazingly or surprisingly well, deriving from Dungeons & Dragons, where a roll of 20 on a twenty-sided die nets an automatic success, usually done with and recieved with gusto.

Get the Nat20 mug.A Nat20 is a term people that play Dungeons and Dragons (DnD) use when they roll a 20 one a 20 sided die.
(A little story to go with this)
So one time in a dnd session my boyfriend was hosting, it was winter, around late november, in a world dominated by Krama(a made up species by my bf which are basically dragon furries) and the group, A anthropomorphic rusty spotted cat named alex, a purple and white halfwing krama named Rose, an unknown species of being named Lithi, and his brother Sphaler, and a yellow and white krama named Zenith (whos rose's adoptive father) were playing outside in the snow. My boyfriend set it so if you made a perfect snowball, it added 10 to the roll you got when rolling the 10 sided die. So i was Rose (who is soon gonna find out shes transmasculine, and gonna rename herself to Noxir, or nox for short) and i had rose make a perfect snowball, and aim it at zeniths crotch. Well i rolled a 10 on the d10, and with the snowball being perfect it became a Nat20. Yeah, it shouldve killed Zenith, but my bf made it so that didnt happen cause hes nice like that and it was funny as hell.
