Murglow

A person who is dangerously unintelligent and aggressively lazy in a workspace. A Murglow is the person who stands with their hands in their pockets, watching everyone else work while offering "expert" advice on things they don't understand. They are characterized by a total lack of common sense and an uncanny ability to disappear the moment a task requires actual physical effort.

We had to move six heavy desks and a row of filing cabinets today. Everyone was busting their ass, but that murglow just walked around pointing at where the desks 'should go' and complaining that his back 'felt tight' before he even lifted a single drawer, then magically disappeared.

To take something small, that doesn't quite qualify as a theft. Probably from the Danish "skæv" or the Dutch "scheef", both of which are pronounced similarly, meaning "askew, or not quite right'. To change an item's ownership without permission, but only something small and of little worth.
