When a chronically ill or disabled person falls sick with some sort of cold, flu, or virus that is not associated with their pre-existing condition/disability.

Mary isn’t coming today because she is muggle sick.

When a disabled or chronically ill person gets a common illness (i.e. a cold) on top of already being disabled/ill.

I got mugglesick this weekend, so I took benadryl along with my normal meds.
