Someone you can hire to beat the shit out of your political opponents. Usually for a very reasonable fee or for drugs if you're short on cash.

The President called for his opponents to follow his lead or he will be unable to restrain his Mubarakoons.
Senate leaders have dismissed the reports that they voted for the bill after some serious negotiations with Mubarakoons.

Mubarakoid

Derived from Mubarak, the man who ruled Egypt 31 years. A Mubarakoid is a dictator's pawn. Their thug-like behavior is characterized by: beating, abducting, and even killing peaceful protesters and journalists.

Pro-democracy protester: "Ben Ali is calling you, Jeddah's hotel awaits youMubarak".

Mubarakoid *punshing* *kicking* journalists, protesters.
